Pronounced olive flavor with lovely herbaceous undertones. Tastes good by itself and leaves no aftertrace of bitterness on the tongue. Even though the percentage of acidity is not stated on the bottle (it sure would be nice if companies were obligated to put this on the label), it is obviously low in acid which is a desirable quality in good olive oil. br / br /I would recommend.

This is an excellent EVOO. Wonderful as a plain salad dressing or with pairing with low fat crumbled blue cheese to make a healthier version of blue cheese dressing. Also excellent when combined with Lucini Balsamic vinegar. br / br /As some reviewers in a popular cooking magazine have said: "it taste like olive oil should". It has a very clean and fruity taste.

Full, round, rich, delicious taste. Smooth with absolutely no bite or bitterness. I use it only, and always, when the taste of olive oil will be a major part of a dish ... i.e. on fresh bread or toast, over a simple pasta, over fresh tomatos and mozzarella. No comparison with any of the many other olive oils I've tasted. And no more expensive than mediocre oils.

This is the extra virgin olive oil that won the taste test at America's Test Kitchen. That's where I found it, and decided to give it a try. Well, this is a terrific extra virgin olive oil. This is what you want to dip GOOD bread into with good Italian food, and what you want to use to make a good salad a great salad. Don't waste it on throwing it into the frying pan on high heat. br / br /I will definitely buy it again.
