What I got was not as advertised. Ad said 3" foam plus 3" memory foam. Got 3" foam but memory foam was only 1 3/4". Contacted AllSleep and they sent another sheet of 1 3/4" memory foam. I worried about the 3 pieces shifting, but they said it wouldn't and so far it hasn't. AllSleep was very accommodating and I definitely would do business with them again. It was just the inconvenience of making phone calls and sending e-mails.

This product is really just two pieces of foam and a cover. That said, this is the best price for memory foam that I found on the internet - so I went ahead and bought it. I've been very pleased with a few caveats: the pillow still has an over powering chemical smell over a month after delivery, the mattress cover is pretty useless and doesn't actually hold the foam together, the foam mattress itself has a chemical smell that is still evident though fading. I threw the pillow and cover out. I've since bought a queen sized futon cover that I put the foam inside of - works great. All the chemical smell seems to be going away. The mattress is really really comfortable - I sleep great on it.

great! nice memory firm and it's queen size for a this price. Pillow is kinda cheap but I bought the mattress not the pillow. it's a great buy

Arrived in good time.
Product as advertised. 3 inches of support mattress. 3 inches of memory foam top mattress. Came with mattress pad and pillow. Seems like a good firmness. Bottom section had no odor. Top section had a mild odor that cleared with a day of airing. I am pleased with the product and the price.
